Is it safe to enter a Rafler event?
Yes. Rafler events operate under verified sweepstakes rules. Each entry is tracked, draws are certified random, and prizes are delivered to verified winners.
Who can enter Rafler events?
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any Rafler sweepstakes. Entries are open to both U.S. residents and international participants, unless otherwise restricted by local laws. International entries are always welcome, but please note that some prizes can only be fulfilled within the United States due to shipping, customs, or legal limitations. In those cases, any domestic-only prize restrictions will be clearly stated on the event page and during the entry process before you complete your entry.
If a winner resides outside the eligible region for physical prize delivery, Rafler may offer an equivalent cash alternative or mutually agreed-upon solution when possible.
Our goal is to make every event open, fair, and accessible — while ensuring each prize can be safely and legally fulfilled.
Do I need to purchase anything to enter?
No purchase is required to enter. A free-entry option is always available, ensuring every participant has an equal chance.
To enter for free:
1️⃣ Visit the event page for the prize you’d like to enter.
2️⃣ Click “Enter for Free” (usually shown next to the paid entry button).
3️⃣ You’ll be asked to complete a simple verification step (to confirm eligibility and prevent bots).
4️⃣ Once verified, your free entry will be added automatically to the draw — just like a paid entry.
You may submit one free entry per person per event. All free entries must be received before the event’s published closing date and follow the same certified random draw process used for paid entries. At Rafler, every entry — free or paid — is treated equally in compliance with sweepstakes law, ensuring a fair, transparent experience for everyone.
How much does it cost to enter?
Entry cost depends on the current event. Some events may offer paid entries; in all cases a free entry option is provided. Check the prize page for exact entry options.
Can I buy entry bundles or get extra chances to win?
Yes! Many Rafler events offer entry bundles — giving you more chances to win and often rewarding you with bonus free entries when you purchase in larger quantities.
Here’s how it works:

Each event clearly shows available bundle options (for example: Buy 10 entries, get 1 free).

When you select a bundle, your extra free entries are automatically added to your account for that event — no extra steps needed.

Every entry in your bundle, including free ones, carries the exact same odds and is included in the same certified random draw.

Can I purchase more than one ticket or entry?
Yes — depending on the event, you may purchase multiple entries. Each paid entry gives an equal chance in the draw as every other paid (or free) entry.
How can I pay? Are card payments secure?
We accept standard payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card) via a secure third-party platform. All payment data is encrypted and processed safely.
What currency should I use when entering from outside the U.S.?
Rafler welcomes international entries, but please make sure you select the appropriate currency at the beginning of the entry or ticket purchase process. This ensures your payment is processed accurately and displayed in the correct amount for your location.
All prizes and prize values are listed and awarded based on U.S. dollar (USD) value, even if you enter using a different currency.
If you’re entering from outside the United States, your card provider or bank will automatically convert your payment into USD at the current exchange rate.
By selecting your currency correctly before checkout, you’ll see an accurate conversion and avoid any confusion about cost or prize value.
ENTRY, ODDS & DRAWS
When does a Rafler event end?
Each event has a clearly displayed closing date and time (e.g., November 17). After that time, entries are closed and the draw is scheduled.
What happens if not all entries/tickets are sold before the closing time?
If an event doesn’t hit its entry threshold by closing time, the terms (listed on the prize page) will explain whether the draw still proceeds or whether entries roll over to the next event. In most cases, we will pay the winner a cash compensation amounting to 75% of the ticket sales in lieu of the promoted prize.
What are my odds of winning?
Odds depend on the total number of entries in the event. The fewer the entries relative to your entry count, the higher your chances. Each entry has equal odds.
How is the winner selected?
Winners are selected by a certified random draw, using independent/randomization software. Official draw procedures are detailed in the event’s terms.
How will I know if I won?
If you win, you’ll be notified directly via email and your account (if applicable). The winner’s name and verification will also be posted publicly, according to the event’s disclosure policy.
What if I don’t win?
If you don’t win, your entry simply will not be a winning one. We value every participant and encourage you to try future events.
What payment methods are accepted?
Rafler accepts most major, secure payment methods through our verified third-party sweepstakes platform.

Are there any taxes, shipping, or fees if I win?
All Rafler prizes are awarded as advertised — but depending on the prize type, certain additional costs may apply before the final transfer can be completed.
For example:

Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to the value of their prize. (For large prizes, winners may receive a tax form or guidance directly from the prize provider.)

Shipping or Delivery: If a prize involves delivery — such as a vehicle, large item, or experience — reasonable shipping, freight, or transfer fees may need to be paid by the winner prior to receipt.

Registration or Transfer Fees: In cases such as vehicles, winners may be responsible for state registration, title transfer, and any related licensing fees.
Rafler and our prize partners will always clearly outline these requirements before the final handoff so there are no surprises. Our goal is to make every win smooth, transparent, and fully compliant with sweepstakes and tax regulations.
What if the prize is different from what was advertised or I don’t receive it?
In the unlikely event that the prize differs materially from what was advertised or is not delivered, the event’s terms provide for remedies (refund of entry, replacement prize, or other compensation). Full terms on each event page apply.

How do you protect us from fraudulent users or cheats?
We employ verification checks on entrants and prize owners, track entries in secure systems, and publish draw-results publicly or by audit. We treat fairness and integrity as foundational.

Where can I view my entries or tickets?
After purchase/entry, your entries appear in your account dashboard (or via your confirmation email). Each entry has a unique identifier linked to the draw.
I haven’t received a confirmation email—what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If not found, contact our support team via the site’s “Contact Us” link and include your entry ID or email used.
